Quality control checkpoints are established at key stages including stamping, welding, machining, electrophoretic coating, powder coating, and assembly. By combining customized gauges with in-process inspection methods, we monitor and record critical characteristics in real time to ensure that every step meets process requirements. 

For abnormal and non-conforming products, the company has established a clear system for segregation, analysis, and corrective improvement, enabling rapid identification of root causes and reducing the risk of recurrence through continuous improvement. 

Each batch of products can be traced back to raw material batches, production machines, and operators, enabling full-process traceability from incoming materials and manufacturing to final inspection, and providing a solid basis for quality analysis and closed-loop improvement.
