This steel motor housing features a precision-engineered structure with an inner diameter of 139.3mm and a height of 165mm, achieving compact light weight while maintaining sufficient strength.
·Two welded mounting brackets are provided on both sides of the housing, offering firm and reliable support for complete unit fixation, facilitating quick installation and easy maintenance access. 
·Threaded holes are on the housing, compatible with standard waterproof cable glands, allowing sealed entry of power or signal wires, effectively preventing moisture and dust from entering the motor through wire entry points, significantly improving the overall protection rating of the unit. 
·The surface is treated with a phosphating + powder coating process. The phosphating layer enhances substrate adhesion and underlying rust resistance, while the powder coating layer provides excellent impact resistance and aging resistance. With this dual protection, the housing can meet at least 500 hours of salt spray test requirements, offering outstanding corrosion resistance, moisture resistance, and salt spray resistance.
