Product Description

This steel motor housing features an ultra-thin design with an inner diameter of 82.4mm, height of 83.5mm, and a wall thickness of only 1.0mm, achieving extreme light weight while maintaining sufficient structural rigidity. 
·The housing is equipped with iron end covers on both ends and adopts a combined welding process, forming an integrated sealed structure. 
·Precision bearing housings are welded directly inside the end covers, ensuring accurate bearing positioning and high concentricity, simplifying the overall assembly process and reducing the number of components.
·Four welded studs are pre-installed on the end covers, facilitating quick attachment of external controllers or mounting brackets without the need for additional drilling or tapping. 
·Ventilation holes on both ends establish an efficient axial cooling channel, allowing airflow to pass directly through the housing interior to dissipate heat. 
This product is particularly suitable for drone motors, portable power tools, medical handheld devices, precision instruments, and other mobile or handheld applications where space, weight, and reliability are critical.
