Product Description

This steel motor housing features a precision-engineered structure with an inner diameter of 96mm, height of 113mm, and a wall thickness of 1.5mm, balancing compact installation with structural strength. The uniform thin wall of just 1.5mm not only significantly reduces the overall weight of the unit but also facilitates rapid heat conduction and dissipation, thereby improving cooling efficiency during continuous motor operation.

A screw is welded onto the housing, eliminating the need for additional drilling or tapping, improving assembly efficiency and electrical connection safety. Additionally, a mounting foot is welded onto the housing, providing stable single-point support, facilitating motor positioning and installation in confined spaces, and simplifying overall unit structural design. All welded joints adopt high-standard technology, ensuring firm welds and strong bonding force, capable of withstanding continuous vibration and impact during motor operation, ensuring no loosening or detachment during long-term use.

The optimized diameter-to-height ratio ensures stable mounting and concentric alignment of the stator assembly, effectively reducing operational vibration and noise, providing users with a quieter and more reliable drive core component.
